The word that, when he said it, felt like him. We named you Noah after your father’s father, his mother told him once. On the outside, his name-Bird-and because of this he knows it is from his mother. No return address, only a New York, NY postmark, six days old. But eventually it had been deemed harmless and sent on its way. It had caused confusion at the post office, the clerk unfolding the paper inside, studying it, passing it up to his supervisor, then the boss. Slit and resealed with a sticker, of course, as all their letters are: Inspected for your safety-PACT. It’s a story about the power-and limitations-of art to create change, the lessons and legacies we pass on to our children, and how any of us can survive a broken world with our hearts intact.

If you get all the way to the end and you pick up all the red hearts (b-sides) and STILL can't find the blue hearts hidden in the story levels, then at that point you should just use a guide. Our Missing Hearts is an old story made new, of the ways supposedly civilized communities can ignore the most searing injustice. I did end up just looking up a few myself. We can give you some non-spoilery hints if you need a place to start but don't just want the solution outright. One of them (Chapter 4) is just a BS reference - either you get the reference or you have to look it up. Some require exploration, including using weird mechanics you'd never think of or bring tricky with levels in ways that aren't really intuitive. Some of them (Chapter 1) requires the button inputs I think you're talking about, but it's actually a puzzle to solve - all the pieces you need are there on that one screen. But they're difficult to find and pretty obscure even if you have a place to start. So far I have acquired most of the strawberries just by checking every nook and cranny of each level and figuring some of the mini puzzles associated with them.Īre the blue hearts similar to strawberries except the search and technical skill required is amped up? Or is it more random in nature? I'm asking because the last thing I want to do is spend hours figuring a puzzle for a blue heart when all it took were some random button inputs.Įdit: I guess to elaborate a little more with my question. Is getting a blue heart similar to a solving a very hard puzzle / technical challenge or is it similar to finding an Easter egg in a game where it's more based on luck as opposed to skill? Is getting the blue heart in each level similar to a hard technical challenge or puzzle or is it more based on luck? I'm asking because I hate looking up guides when 100%ing a game.

I have a question regarding the blue hearts. Super Meat Boy has been a top 5 game for me for the longest time and I am afraid to say when everything is said and done, Celeste might knock it out.

I have been absolutely loving this game so far.
