Get a low emission monstered plant, grade 2 or 3 should still give you enough power with deactivated cargoscoop or fsd. Corrosive will let them pierce pretty much everything.

OVERCHARGE the heck out of ALL of them, make one of them corrosive, the others autoloaders or thermal ammo if you want. I would drop the PA for a huge gimballed multi. Not a big fan of plasma slugs, synthesis on basic rail ammo is pretty cheap if you run out. Maybe Feedback Cascade on the Rails? Cancels those nasty SCBs on huge ships. If you stock up/trade on mats, you can synth heat sink ammo, so you may need only one launcher and refill it between fights. Your decision if you want to lose a heat sink launcher or a shield booster. OR: Why not an efficient thermal vent beam laser instead of the heat ammo multicannon? Or 2 instead of the rails?Ĭhaffs save lives, especially vs npcs. That would end your heat issues once and for all. Lower the priority of the cargo scoop and maybe even of the FSD to the point of deactivating them with deployed hardpoints. You can get down to at least half if not 1/3rd of your current heat generation. You may actually even get away with a low emission plant (in PVE only!), if you drop one shield booster or switch the huge PA over to a huge multi.

The mamba has enough heat issues already. Important: Don't overcharge your PP if you don't need the power. Or everything bound to the same group? That would suck, because your rails and PA have different aiming points. If you don't mind a question: What's your firegroup setup? Multis on Primary and PA and Rails on secondary? Switch fire groups after every PA shot? What is your general "battle plan"? Which is bad if you try to aim fixed weapons (like rails or PA :-)). Mamba is fast, but not that agile, so flying with 0 pips in engines will feel sluggish. And even with 4 pips in weapons you will be drained after 20 seconds of pulling the trigger. Plus you need at least 3 pips in weapons for just 10 seconds of sustained fire (only 3 shots of your PA!), meaning you don't have much left for shields and engines. If you were to fire all the weapons at once, your build will cook after around 5-6 seconds of sustained fire. Generally I think heat and energy will be a problem.
